A pregnant woman in desperate need approached someone for financial help. She required money either for her medicines or basic household needs. But instead of receiving support, she was asked to leave her phone as a form of "security" and promised that she would receive the money the next day.

Trusting the words, the woman left her phone and came back the next day — but was again asked to return the following day. This continued, and eventually, she realized that the person had no intention of returning her phone or helping her. Instead, she was met with abusive language, threats, and even physical intimidation.

When we at Lucky Care Charitable Trust came to know about this situation, our team immediately stepped in. We supported the woman emotionally and legally, and took all necessary actions to ensure her phone was returned. More importantly, we helped her get justice and regain her confidence.
